Here in Wisconsin we all look forward to the change of the seasons and especially when we bid farewell to winter and welcome spring. Every spring is filled with nature’s new beginnings. This spring we have experienced new beginnings with our clients as we participated in several ribbon cutting ceremonies to celebrate the grand openings of renovated and new spaces.
Westfields Hospital & Clinic
February marked a ribbon cutting for the Rehabilitation, Cardiopulmonary, Sleep Health, and Surgical Services expansion and remodeling at Westfields Hospital & Clinic. This is just part of a very significant, multi-year, multi-phase Derrick Building Solutions project taking place at the New Richmond health campus.
Nilssen’s Market, Baldwin
Nilssen’s Foods, family owned and operated for more than 100 years, has been expanding and remodeling their Baldwin supermarket over the past months with Derrick Building Solutions as their Design/Build general contractor. The multi-phase project included adding a Caribou Coffee shop with a drive through service lane, updated produce and floral area, enlarged back room delivery area, second floor offices, new meat department, dairy cases, expanded frozen foods and more space for the store, overall.
The final phase included a new entryway, restrooms, liquor store, customer service, and teller lanes. Congratulations to Nilssen’s Foods on the expansion and remodeling projects at their Baldwin location.
St. Croix County Abstract & Title Co., Inc.
On April 5th, we celebrated with St. Croix County Abstract & Title Co., Inc., as they hosted a ribbon cutting at their new office location and expansion in New Richmond.
