Derrick Building Solutions LLC began in 1967 when Bill Derrick Sr. created the proposal for his very first remodeling project. The first company office alternated between the basement and kitchen of the home which was located on the family farm. From there, Bill and his wife Mary Ann built a company that would grow to build new homes, create real estate developments, and add a commercial contracting division.

Today, Derrick Building Solutions LLC, is an award-winning commercial general contractor (GC), a Butler Builder, and we specialize in design-build projects.
