Earlier this week, Derrick Building Solutions Project Manager Chad Derrick visited Jeannie Terhark’s First Grade Class at Starr Elementary in New Richmond. Chad taught the class about his job in construction and answered many questions the first graders had about construction. Each student got to take home their own toy yellow hard hat from Derrick Companies after this fun special visit to the classroom. Thank you, Chad, for sharing your career and the construction industry with an interested group of youngsters from our community. Our heartiest appreciation, also, to Ms. Terhark, her students, and Starr Elementary for inviting Derrick Companies to be a part of your day on Monday.
