St. Croix Automotive’s new Hudson location is a 21,720 square foot automotive service and repair facility designed to support the company’s continued growth while delivering an efficient, customer-focused experience. Located at the entrance to Hudson’s St. Croix Business Park, the project combines an efficient shop layout, welcoming customer spaces, and a versatile Butler building system.

- 18,090 sq. ft. dedicated to vehicle servicing, tire storage, and equipment
- 22 service bays, including two dedicated alignment racks
- Internal drive lane accessed by high-speed doors at both ends of the service shop, supporting efficient vehicle circulation and faster turnaround times
- Five customer service desks, including one dedicated to tire purchases
- Contemporary showroom displaying tire and wheel options, customer lounge with a coffee station, and children’s waiting area
- Heated vestibule providing convenient after-hours key drop-off and vehicle pickup
- Hybrid structural system combining a Butler Pre-Engineered Metal Building with steel stud over conventional steel framing
- Large, high-mounted shop windows and expansive aluminum-framed storefront window walls that bring natural light into the service, customer, and office areas
