Company longevity is earned by a significant amount of hard work and dedication to serving clients and customers with excellence. This year, Derrick Companies is recognizing the accomplishments of the company during the first 50 years in business with celebrations planned throughout the year for team members, clients, vendors, and the community. Derrick Companies began when Bill Derrick Sr. created the proposal for his very first remodeling project in 1967. The first company office was based out of their home on the family farm. From there, Bill and his wife Mary Ann built a company that would grow to build new homes, create real estate developments, and add a commercial contracting division. Thank you to all who have played a role in this first 50 years of success!
