To our clients and partners:
As we navigate the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, our top priority is to do everything we can do to safeguard our employees and their families, along with our clients, partners, and communities at large. We continue to monitor all federal, state, and local guidelines; we move forward with health and safety protocols in place.
Derrick Companies is open for business and we plan to remain so. With the versatility of our staff and technology, we feel well positioned to maintain continuity and keep projects moving forward.
Within our Derrick offices and on our job sites, we have taken action to follow recommended precautions suggested by the Center for Disease Control (CDC). To protect our office environments, we have made hand sanitizer, antibacterial soaps, and disinfecting wipes available for all employees. We have also instituted enhanced cleaning protocols in all our job trailers, construction sites, and offices.
At this time, per Governor Evers’ executive order, there is a statewide ban on all gatherings of more than 10 people. In compliance, we are minimizing in-person meetings and following current guidance regarding limitations on any gatherings. Whenever possible, meetings will be conducted by telephone or video conference. As always, we are available by telephone and email.
We are eliminating any unnecessary travel between our office and our jobsites. We are also recommending no unnecessary travel for our employees. For anyone who may be returning from a trip, we are following the CDC guidance concerning social distancing and home isolation.
If you have questions or concerns about your current or future project, please don’t hesitate to contact your Derrick representative. We are committed to maintaining momentum and keeping your project on track as best we can, even during this period of “new normal.” We are appreciative of our relationship and are confident that we can work through this together.
William M. Derrick, President
