Derrick Building Solutions is modernizing Royal Credit Union’s 3,700 square foot branch in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. The two-phase interior remodel will elevate the member and employee experience while allowing the branch to remain fully operational throughout construction.
The renovation includes an updated lobby and an expanded office layout featuring seven private offices. Glass office fronts with privacy film will create an open, contemporary feel while maintaining the confidentiality expected in a financial services setting.
